At LA BICICLETTA MOBILITY / LB CYCLES, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on all bicycles and accessories purchased through our website. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty activate

      In order to activate your warranty, please ensure that you register your LB cycles on our website. Please go to www.lbcycles.com and follow the steps under Register My Bike. You will need to upload a proof of purchase in the form of your invoice copy in order to register your LB cycles. You will receive a verification call from one of our LB Cycles representatives and post verification, your warranty will be activated. You will receive a unique numbered warranty certificate from Ninety One through SMS/Email on your registered mobile number/email address.

Please note that unless your Ninety One cycle is registered on www.lbcycles.com, your warranty will not be activated.

You have 30 days from your date of purchase to register your LB Cycles and activate your warranty.

Warranty Details

• This limited warranty shall not be construed or interpreted in any manner to suggest or imply that your LB cycles is indestructible or imperishable or will last in perpetuity.

• This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of a LB Cycles and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

• The lifetime warranty is applicable only on frames of the LB Cycles.

• The limited warranty on consumables and forks (suspension or rigid) is applicable during six months from date of purchase for the original owner.

• All mechanical parts other than frame are covered under this limited warranty only with respect to any manufacturing defects.

• This limited warranty is void if the LB Cycles is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

• This limited warranty applies only to bicycles purchased from Authorized LB Cycles Retailers or other outlets specifically authorized by LB Cycles to sell LB cycles . To find a list of Authorized LB Cycles Retailers, please visit our website www.lbcycles.com and go to Store Locator.

Specific Warranty Exclusions

The following instances are specifically excluded from the coverage of this limited warranty.

• Any defect arising from normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance.

• Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the cycle.

• Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.

• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, peeling of paint and all coatings initiated due to intentional or accidental dent or scratches, damage due to chemicals, improper storage and parking.

• LB Cycles used for following activities 

  • Used in any competitive sport

  • Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity

  • Modified in any way

  • Modified with the addition of a motor

  • Ridden by more than one person at a time

  • Rented, sold, or given away

Bicycle Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods from the date of purchase:

• Frames: Life-time years*

• Components: 12 months

• Paint and decals: 3 months

• Suspension components: 12 months years

       This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or abuse, improper assembly or maintenance, or damage caused by an accident or external factors such as weather or road conditions.

       If you believe that your bicycle has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us at support@lbcycles.com to initiate a warranty claim. We may require proof of purchase and photographs of the defect to evaluate the claim.

       If we determine that the defect is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part or component at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item(s) back to the customer.

Accessory Warranty

       We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all accessories purchased through our website for 1 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or abuse, or damage caused by an accident or external factors such as weather or road conditions.

       If you believe that your accessory has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us at support@lbcycles.com to initiate a warranty claim. We may require proof of purchase and photographs of the defect to evaluate the claim.

       If we determine that the defect is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the defective accessory at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item(s) back to the customer.

Exclusions

This warranty is void if any of the following conditions apply:

• The product was not purchased through our website or an authorized dealer.

• The product was modified or altered in any way.

• The product was used for any purpose other than its intended use.

• The product was not assembled or maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
